随着新教学技术媒介的不断升级更替,基于信息技术支持下的教师专业化发展日益成为教育教学与课堂模式变革与创新的研究重点。本文以广州市天河外国语学校省“十二五”课题“基于小班化教学的课堂互动模式研究”为背景,围绕教师专业发展的现状及要求,结合数学学科的实际,以“诊断式”课堂教学模式应用实践为对象,探索教师专业发展方法与途径,分析其成效使之不断完善。
With the continuous upgrading and changing of new teaching and learning media, teacher professional development based on the support of information technology has increasingly become the focus of education and classroom reform and innovation. Based on the current situation and requirements of teachers’ professional development, combined with the reality of mathematics, this paper takes the subject of “12th Five-Year Plan” and “Classroom Interaction Model Based on Small Class Teaching” of Guangzhou Tianhe Foreign Language School as the background. Diagnostic "classroom teaching model for the application of practice, to explore ways and means of professional development of teachers to analyze the effectiveness of continuous improvement.
