加快东部盟市发展,是我区落实科学发展观、统筹区域发展的必然要求,是培育经济自主增长机制、保持较长快速发展期的必然要求,是实现我区中期奋斗目标、与全国同步建成全面小康社会的必然要求。国家实施振兴东北等老工业基地战略,也已将我区东部盟市纳入总体布局之中。如何面对千载难逢的大好时机,顺风借力,乘势而上,积极对接,主动融入,推动东部盟市的经济发展？这已成为广大干部群众的强烈愿望,也是自治区当前和今后一段时间的工作重点。在今年10月下旬召开的自治区东部盟市经济工作座谈会上,已经明确提出,东部盟市要以科学发展观统揽全局,抓住振兴东北老工业基地的战略机遇,顺应国内区内经济发展大势,坚持“三化”互动,增强经济实力;坚持“三力”推动,增强经济活力;坚持 “三个”对接,增强区域竞争力,努力推动东部盟市经济快速持续健康发展。号角已经吹响。我区东部各盟市也蓄势待发,豪情满怀,绘“十一五”发展蓝图,谋 “十一五”发展大计,以积极的姿态迎接挑战。本刊特摘发我区东部5盟市负责同志在座谈会上的发言,以飨读者。
