以32名健康男运动员为对象,在严格的自身对照条件下,改变测量电极间距离,对各测量参数的相互关系进行了测定分析。结果发现,在受试者心搏量实际不变的情况下,如果选取的测量电极间距离(L)不同,按照Kubicek公式测算得到的心搏量将有很大差异。由于计算的心搏量是L的函数,所以就不能很好地反映心搏量的实际值。本文结果还提示,阻抗法测定心搏量的正确性较差,可能与L值选取有关。因此,即使在自身对照条件下测定心搏量的相对变化,也应当保持测量电极间距离L不变,以减少误差。
With 32 healthy male athletes as the object, under the strict self-control conditions, the distance between the measuring electrodes was changed and the correlation between the measured parameters was measured and analyzed. The results showed that the stroke volume measured by Kubicek formula would vary greatly if the stroke distance (L) between the electrodes was different under the condition that the subject’s stroke volume was virtually unchanged. Since the calculated stroke volume is a function of L, the actual value of the stroke volume can not be well reflected. The results also suggest that the accuracy of the impedance method for the determination of stroke is poor, may be related to the selection of L values. Therefore, even if the relative change in the stroke volume is measured under the self-control condition, the distance L between the measurement electrodes should be kept constant to reduce the error.
