《邓小平文选》第三卷的出版发行是党和国家政治生活中的一件大事,是贯彻落实党的十四大提出的用建设有中国特色社会主义理论武装全党战略任务的重大措施,为进一步统一全党的思想,坚定信念,积极、全面、正确地执行党的基本路线,提供了最好的教材和最有力的武器。党中央作出了《关于学习<邓小平文选>第三卷的决定》,江泽民总书记在学习《邓小平文选》第三卷报告会上作了重要讲话,阐述了学习《邓小平文选》第三卷的重要意义,并对全党学习提出了明确的要求。搞好学习《邓小平文选》第三卷的宣传报道,是新闻宣传的一项十分重要的任务,我们要以高度的政治责任感,认真扎实地做好。新闻单位特别是各级党报,要充分宣传《邓小平文选》第三卷出版的重大意义,宣传学习和掌握建设有中国特色社会主义理论的极端重要性和紧迫性。要有计划地陆续组织发表有分量的学习体会文章,推动和引导学习活动的发展和深入。
The publication and distribution of the third volume of “Selected Works of Deng Xiaoping” is a major event in the political life of the party and the country.
