影响桥梁安全的不确定因素存在于包括水文地质条件、技术方案、施工技术及运营管理的可靠性等多个方面,就必然使桥梁工程成为高风险的工程建设项目。为此,在研究基础理论与实际工程应用的基础上,基于内蒙古自治区跨黄河公路大桥设计阶段风险评估的工程实践,探索设计阶段风险评估过程控制的经验,着重研究评估过程中应考虑的诸多问题,同时对各种评估技术的运用做了简要论述,提出了提高桥梁工程设计阶段风险评估效用性的一些措施。
The uncertainties that affect the safety of bridges exist in many aspects, including hydrogeological conditions, technical solutions, construction techniques and operational management reliability, which inevitably make bridge engineering a high-risk construction project. Based on the research of basic theory and practical engineering application, based on the engineering practice of risk assessment in the design stage of cross-Yellow River Highway Bridge in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, this paper explores the experience of risk assessment process control in design stage and focuses on many problems to be considered in the assessment process At the same time, the author briefly discusses the application of various assessment techniques and puts forward some measures to improve the utility of risk assessment during the bridge engineering design stage.
