SD大鼠注射链脲佐菌素制造糖尿病 (DM )动物模型后 ,注射阿朴吗啡观察 6周、8周及 1 2周大鼠阴茎勃起情况 ,筛选DM性阴茎勃起功能障碍 (ED)大鼠模型 ,研究其球海绵体肌及坐骨耻骨肌重量及显微结构的改变 ,并测定其血清睾酮浓度 ,以探讨DM性ED的发病机理。结果 :DM性ED大鼠模型球海绵体肌和坐骨耻骨肌重量及血清睾酮浓度显著降低 ;显微结构发生明显病理性改变 ,且上述变化与DM病程密切相关。提示DM严重影响阴茎勃起功能 ,球海绵体肌及坐骨耻骨肌重量降低及显微结构的病理性改变可能是其主要发病机理之一
SD rats were injected diabetic with streptozotocin (DM) to establish animal models of diabetic penile erectile dysfunction (ED) rats after injection of apomorphine for 6 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks. Model to study the changes of the weight and microstructure of herpeus muscle and sciatic pubis muscle, and to determine the serum testosterone concentration to explore the pathogenesis of DM ED. RESULTS: The weight and serum testosterone concentration of the spongy and pubococcygeal muscles in DM rats were significantly decreased. The microstructure was significantly changed and the changes were closely related to the course of DM. Tip DM serious impact on penile erection, ball cavernous muscle and sciatic pubis muscle weight loss and pathological changes in the microstructure may be one of the main pathogenesis
