目的对清脑宣窍方有效部位化学成分进行系统研究。方法大孔树脂、聚酰胺、硅胶等色谱方法分离,波谱法鉴定结构。结果从清脑宣窍方有效部位中分离得到12个化合物,分别为20(S)-原人参三醇(Ⅰ),人参皂苷Rd(Ⅱ),三七皂苷R4(Ⅲ),2,α3,β19,α23-四羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(Ⅳ),6″-香豆酰龙胆双糖苷(Ⅴ),Galioside(Ⅵ),6α-Hydroxygeniposide(Ⅶ),槲皮素(Ⅷ),3,3’,5,5’-四甲氧基-4,4’-二-β-D-葡萄糖双环氧木脂素(Ⅸ),藏红花酸(Ⅹ),豆甾醇(Ⅺ)和β-谷甾醇(Ⅻ)。结论均为首次从清脑宣窍方有效部位中分离得到的已知化合物。
Objective To systematically study the chemical constituents of the effective fraction of Qingnao Xuanxiong. Methods Chromatographic methods such as macroporous resin, polyamide, and silica gel were separated and the structure was identified by spectral method. RESULTS: Twelve compounds were isolated from the effective fraction of Qingnao Xuanjiao Fang, which were 20(S)-protopanaxatriol(I), ginsenoside Rd(II), notoginsenoside R4(III), 2, α3, respectively. Beta 19, α23-tetrahydroxyolean-12-ene-28-acid (IV), 6′′-coumarylglycone (V), Galioside (VI), 6α-Hydroxygeniposide (VII), quercetin (VIII), 3,3’,5,5’-tetramethoxy-4,4’-di-β-D-glucose diepoxy lignan (IX), crocetin (X), stigmasterol ( XI) and β-sitosterol (XII) are the first known compounds isolated from the effective fraction of Qingnaoxuanfang.
