在当今这个和平年代里,世界经济在不断地发展之后渐渐地形成了一体化形式,这些变化对我国的经济发展和企业建设也产生了一些影响。我国企业在变化各异的经济环境中,表现出了各式各样的企业文化。尽管存在一些优秀的企业文化,但是总体的文化建设水平还是比较落后的,在这方面依然存在一些问题,本文关于企业文化建设的重要性和它在建设中常见的一些问题做了简要的分析,然后提出了一些改进措施和建议。
In today’s peace era, the world economy has gradually formed an integrated form after its continuous development.
