(一) 去年,学校号召教师:鑽研教材內容,改革教学方法來提高教学質量。我想自己教过多年中学数学,什么教材內容还用得着再鑽研?就没有十分注意。后來,学校又号召教师:在学習政务院“关於改進和發展中学教育的指示”的基礎上,檢查教学質量,訂定改進教学计划。我檢查时,先从学生試卷和作業中看出:他們概念不明确,知識不巩固,思路不清,……。又把自己的教学和教学大綱(草案)所提思想教育的要求比較,發現自己对於培养学生辯証唯物主义世界观以及鍛鍊他們坚强的意志和性格,从未加以考慮,但,
