目的建立职业危害化学因素检测解吸方式分析质量控制的方法。方法采样管预先吸收已知质量的被测组分,在相同条件下与样品采样管同时采集工作场所中的相应有毒物质,对采样管进行实验分析,得到分析方法的百分回收率。结果采用对采样管加标的方法进行质量控制,真实反映检测全过程的质量情况,方法的线性好(r=0.998 2),样品相对标准偏差RSD=0.30%(n=6),回收率为91.20%。结论该方法科学、结果准确度高,具有可操作性。
Objective To establish a method to analyze quality control of occupational hazards chemical factor detection and desorption method. Methods The sampling tube was used to absorb the tested components of known quality in advance. Simultaneously with the sampling tube, the corresponding toxic substances in the workplace were collected under the same conditions. The sampling tube was analyzed experimentally, and the percentage recovery of the analytical method was obtained. Results The quality of the sampling tube was calibrated. The quality of the whole process was accurately reflected. The linearity was good (r = 0.998 2). The relative standard deviation of the sample was 0.30% (n = 6) and the recovery was 91.20. %. Conclusion The method is scientific, with high accuracy and operability.
