目的:探讨红细胞Duffy抗原趋化因子受体(DARC)表达与外周血白细胞计数(WBC)以及[中性粒细胞(NEU)/淋巴细胞(LY)]比值(NLR)的相关性。方法:使用血细胞计数仪检测健康人群血常规;使用流式细胞术检测外周血红细胞DARC的表达水平。结果:红细胞DARC的表达水平与外周血中WBC、NEU、LY百分率、单核细胞计数(MONO)、单核细胞百分率(MONO%)无相关性(P>0.05);红细胞DARC的表达水平与LY呈正相关性(P<0.05);红细胞DARC的表达水平与NEU百分率、NLR呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论:红细胞DARC的表达水平与外周血中NEU百分率、LY、NLR有关。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between erythrocyte Duffy antigen chemokine receptor (DARC) expression and peripheral blood leukocyte count (WBC) and neutrophil (NEU) / lymphocyte (LY) ratio (NLR). Methods: The hematocrit was used to detect the blood of healthy people. The expression of DARC in peripheral blood red blood cells was detected by flow cytometry. Results: There was no correlation between DARC expression level and peripheral blood WBC, NEU, LY percentage, monocyte count (MONO), monocyte percentage (MONO%), erythrocyte DARC expression level and LY (P <0.05). The expression of erythrocyte DARC was negatively correlated with the percentage of NEU and NLR (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression level of erythrocyte DARC is related to the percentage of NEU in peripheral blood, LY and NLR.
