目的 研究维生素B_1、B_6、B_(12)联合局部封闭治疗眶上神经痛的疗效。方法 对55例眶上神经痛病人采用维生素B_1、B_6、B_(12)联合局部封闭治疗,各取药液0.4ml,沿眶上切迹缓慢注入,每日1次,4次为一个疗程,一般病人连续治疗3个疗程。结果 经过3个疗程的治疗,显效30例,有效21例,无效4例,有效率达92.7％。结论 维生素B_1、B_6、B_(12)联合局部封闭治疗,可促进局部神经组织代谢的正常进行,还可促进受损伤的神经细胞修复再生,所以治疗眶上神经痛疗效佳。
Objective To study the curative effect of partial occlusion of vitamin B_1, B_6 and B_ (12) on supraorbital neuralgia. Methods Fifty - five patients with supraorbital neuralgia were treated with vitamin B_1, B_6 and B_ (12) in combination with topical partial occlusion. Each drug solution was taken in 0.4ml and injected slowly along the supraorbital notch once a day for 4 times as a course of treatment. The average patient for 3 courses of continuous treatment. Results After 3 courses of treatment, 30 cases were markedly effective, 21 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 92.7%. Conclusion The combination of vitamin B_1, B_6, B_ (12) and local blocking therapy can promote the normal metabolism of local nerve tissue and promote the repair and regeneration of injured nerve cells. Therefore, the treatment of supraorbital neuralgia is effective.
