在输液管路末端(或某一定点)有一定压力要求的流体动力系统中,以末端(或某一定点)恒压为条件进行泵的工作转速控制是一种最为经济的系统运行方式.但在长距离管道上直接以末端压力作为恒压控制的反馈信号,往往有很大的工程难度.该文提出了两种用始端压力作为反馈信号而实现这种运行方式的流体动力理论推算方法和相应的控制方案.
In the hydrodynamic system with certain pressure requirements at the end of the infusion line (or at a certain fixed point), the working speed control of the pump under the constant pressure at the end (or a certain fixed point) is the most economical system operation mode. But in the long-distance pipe directly to the end of the pressure as a constant pressure control feedback signal, there is often a great deal of engineering difficulty. In this paper, two fluid dynamic theory estimation methods and corresponding control schemes are proposed to realize this operation mode by using the initial pressure as the feedback signal.
