乌拉尔选矿设计院和乌拉尔铜业科学研究设计院共同研制了适用于选别复合矿石的电浮选机。实验室型电浮选机的基本结构为:浮选槽的底为一电极,搅拌叶轮充当另一电极;槽底和叶轮均用不锈钢制成。切断电极的电源,电浮选机即为普通浮选机。该机的优点是: (1)在不接通电极电源的情况下,电浮选机与普通浮选机完全一样(因槽内没有任何附加部件),故浮选机的流体动力学特性不会改变。所提出的方案用于对比两种浮选方法的试验最为理想;
