应用急性心肌梗死急性期心泵功能数学模型,对106例急性心肌梗死(AMI)急性期(4周内)患者的临床资料进行统计分析。筛选出血压、双肺啰音、心音、奔马律、并发症等5项显性指标,代人回归方程Y=-0.059 5+0.5577 X_8+1.6280 X_9+0.2959 X_10+0.7456 X_11+0.1709X_13。结果表明,该模型对泵功能估计的符合率为84.9%,正常泵功能符合率84.2%,泵衰竭估计符合率86.7%。该回归方程对判断AMI急性期泵功能有一定临床价值。
The clinical data of 106 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in acute phase (4 weeks) were analyzed by using the mathematical model of cardiac pump in acute phase of acute myocardial infarction. Five dominant indexes such as blood pressure, pulmonary rales, heart sound, gallop, complication and so on were screened out. The regression equation of generation was Y = -0.059 5 + 0.5577 X_8 + 1.6280 X_9 + 0.2959 X_10 + 0.7456 X_11 + 0.1709X_13. The results show that the coincidence rate of this model to the estimation of pump function is 84.9%, the compliance rate of normal pump function is 84.2%, and the pump failure estimation coincidence rate is 86.7%. The regression equation has certain clinical value in judging the acute phase of AMI pump function.
