以固载在膨润土上的四种具有Keggin结构的杂多酸为催化剂,研究了它们在气相催化合成甲基叔丁基醚中的活性。结果表明,在反应中催化剂对生成甲基叔丁基醚的选择性为100%。与HZSM-5及离子交换树脂相比,固载杂多酸有较高的催化活性,且其表面酸性和比表面积与催化活性有密切的关系。
Four kinds of heteropolyacids with Keggin structure immobilized on bentonite were used as catalysts to study their catalytic activities in the gas-phase catalytic synthesis of methyl tert-butyl ether. The results showed that the selectivity of the catalyst to methyl tert-butyl ether during the reaction was 100%. Compared with HZSM-5 and ion exchange resin, immobilized heteropolyacid has high catalytic activity, and its surface acidity and specific surface area are closely related to catalytic activity.
