为比较几种不同的化疗方法对实验性肿瘤的治疗效果,作者将腿部均长有相同体积Walker256瘤的35只Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,分别采用不同的治疗方法进行实验研究,治疗前后行CT薄层扫描以观察其大小的变化,计算肿瘤发育率,切除治疗后的肿瘤送病理检查,统计分析实验数据。结果显示:经导管热药灌注组肿瘤血管破坏及血管内血栓形成明显,肿瘤发育率最小,热药灌注组与非热药灌注组肿瘤发育率差异显著,非热药灌注的各实验组肿瘤发育率各不相同。表明经导管热药灌注对肿瘤生长抑制效果好,肿瘤血管内直接受热更有利于肿瘤的坏死。
In order to compare the effects of several different chemotherapy methods on experimental tumors, the authors randomly divided 35 Wistar rats with the same volume of Walker256 tumors in the legs into 5 groups and used different treatment methods to conduct experimental studies.
