2003年11月至2005年3月,笔者参加了“江苏省盐城市户外广告设置规划”课题项目,目前该课题已经基本结项,其中有很多问题值得我们去细细考量。对户外广告的管理体系进行规划是本课题的重要内容之一。在户外广告管理的内容、户外广告活动的管理等方面,中小城市和大城市存在很多共同点。同时,由于城市经济发展水平、城市建设水平、城市规模等诸多因素上存在的较大差异又使得两者在户外广告的管理上存在着明显的不同。
From November 2003 to March 2005, the author participated in the project of “Outdoor Advertising Settings Planning in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province.” At present, this issue has been basically completed. Many of the problems deserve our careful consideration. Planning outdoor advertising management system is one of the important topics of this topic. In outdoor advertising management content, outdoor advertising campaign management, small and medium cities and big cities have many things in common. At the same time, there are obvious differences in the management of outdoor advertisements due to the large differences in such factors as the level of urban economic development, the level of urban construction and the size of cities.
