从液化石油气(LPG)常温压力储存的储罐壁厚、加工技术、板材来源、安全性等问题出发,讨论了常温压力储存的局限性并与低温储存方式相比较,提出在我国采用低温储存技术确可减少壁厚、增加单体罐容及降低投资等,探讨了气源供应方式和质量、气象条件、罐材及保温材料等主要因素对LPG低温储存的影响.研究表明,低温压力法适用于我国四季分明的地区,北方地区可以低温常压法为主,南方地区仍以常温压力法为主.此外,低温常压法对大批量储存和进口低温LPG更为适宜.
Based on the problems of storage tank wall thickness, processing technology, plate source and safety of LPG stored at room temperature, the limitations of pressure storage at ambient temperature are discussed and compared with those of low temperature storage. It is proposed that low temperature storage Technology can reduce the wall thickness, increase the single tank capacity and reduce investment, discussed the gas supply and quality, meteorological conditions, cans and insulation materials and other major factors on the LPG low temperature storage. The research shows that the low temperature pressure method is suitable for the four seasons in our country, the low temperature and pressure method is the main method in the north, and the atmospheric pressure method in the south is still the main method. In addition, the low temperature and pressure method is more suitable for mass storage and import of low temperature LPG.
