本试验研究羊草在不同pH沙培环境下的生理反应。结果表明,盐碱胁迫不同程度地影响了羊草的营养生长以及物质代谢,pH8.4以下的弱碱性土壤环境有利于羊草的生长。但随着土壤pH的升高(pH>8.4),其株高和地上地下含水量均呈下降趋势。此外,在盐碱胁迫下,羊草叶绿素含量亦呈下降趋势,植物组织中丙二醛的含量、脯氨酸积累量等胁变反应均随pH增高而加剧。胁迫变化表明,羊草具有一定的耐盐性,是研究植物耐盐分子机制的好材料。
This experiment studied the physiological response of Leymus chinensis in different pH sand culture environments. The results showed that salt-alkali stress affected the vegetative growth and metabolism of Leymus chinensis to varying degrees. The weakly alkaline soil environment below pH 8.4 was favorable to the growth of Leymus chinensis. However, with the increase of soil pH (pH> 8.4), the plant height and subsurface water content decreased. In addition, chlorophyll content of Leymus chinensis also showed a downward trend under saline-alkali stress. The changes of malondialdehyde content and proline accumulation in plant tissues were aggravated with the increase of pH. Stress changes indicate that Leymus chinensis has some salt tolerance and is a good material for studying salt tolerance molecular mechanism of plants.
