多测头坐标统一是复合式测量中的关键技术之一,根据多个测头对某一物件的测量值从而得到更加全面可信的信息。针对高精度复合式坐标测量中标准球作为多测头坐标统一标准器的不足,本文利用角度量块作为标准器实现了影像测头和接触式测头的高精度坐标统一。文中对比标准球和角度量块作为高精度复合测量中坐标统一标准器的优缺点,理论分析和实验结都证明通过使用角度量块作为标准器精度更高也更方便,且两测头在二维平面上能够实现高精度坐标统一。
Multi-probe coordinate unity is one of the key technologies in the complex measurement, according to a number of probe measurements of an object in order to get more comprehensive and credible information. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the standard ball as a multi-probe coordinate standard in the high-precision compound coordinate measurement, this paper uses the angle measuring block as the standard instrument to realize the high-precision coordinate unity of the image probe and the touch probe. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the standard ball and the angle measuring block are compared. The theoretical analysis and experimental results prove that it is more convenient and more accurate to use the angle measuring block as the standard. Dimensional plane to achieve high-precision coordinate unity.
