利用光致变色介质的非线性效应特性制成掩膜 ,可以实现超分辨率光存储。根据光化学原理建立的静态光斑模型表明 :介质的这种非线性特性是由局部反应宏观速率的不均匀性造成的 ,总宏观速率与局部宏观速率差异越大 ,掩膜效果越好。根据上述原理制成反射、透射两种实验样片 ,静态测试实验表明 :光致变色掩膜层浓度大时 ,光致变色反应宏观速率的不均匀性加大 ,介质的非线性特性增强 ;曝光时间越短 ,介质的非线性特性越强。
Making use of the non-linear effect of photochromic medium to make mask, super-resolution optical memory can be realized. The static speckle model based on photochemistry shows that the nonlinearity of the medium is caused by the nonuniformity of the local macroscopic velocity. The bigger the difference between the total macroscopic velocity and the local macroscopic velocity is, the better the masking effect is. According to the above principle, two kinds of experimental samples are made, which are reflected and transmitted. The static test results show that when the density of photochromic mask is large, the nonuniformity of macro-rate of photochromic reaction increases and the nonlinearity of the medium increases. The exposure time The shorter the media, the stronger the non-linearity.
