CD40-CD40L作为一种重要的共刺激信号,在信号传导通路中的异常变化直接或简接地参与了许多疾病的发生和发展。本文就其在白血病、淋巴瘤、再障及骨髓移植中的作用作一综述。
As an important co-stimulatory signal, CD40-CD40L is involved in the occurrence and development of many diseases either directly or indirectly in abnormal changes in the signal transduction pathway. This article reviews its role in leukemia, lymphoma, aplastic anemia and bone marrow transplantation.
