阐述了农用天气预报内涵,指出农业气象指标、天气与农业气象预报、农业气象决策知识分别是农用天气预报的实践基础、技术关键、长效保障。基于对内涵的认识,提出江西针对大宗粮油生产开展的农用天气预报服务内容、技术思路、服务产品和服务对象等,并就进一步提高农用天气预报服务效益提出了一些看法。
The connotation of agricultural weather forecast is expounded. It is pointed out that agricultural meteorological index, weather and agricultural weather forecast and agricultural meteorological decision-making knowledge respectively are the practical basis, technical key and long-term guarantee of agricultural weather forecasting. Based on the understanding of connotation, this paper proposed the agricultural weather forecasting service, technical ideas, service products and service targets for the development of staple grain and oil production in Jiangxi province and put forward some suggestions on further improving the service benefit of agricultural weather forecasting service.
