目的 :分析围手术期预防感染抗菌药物的使用情况。方法 :随机抽取我院 2 0 0 1年围手术期的病例 138例 ,对预防用药的抗菌药物种类 ,用药频度 ,联用 ,用药天数进行调查分析。结果 :所有手术病例均预防性使用了抗菌药 ,且围手术期预防用药起点高 ,用药天数过长 ,首次给药时间缺乏术前用药意识 ,存在盲目扩大抗菌药物使用范围的现象。结论 :必须规范围手术期抗菌药物的使用 ,注意术前择时给药 ,控制用药时间 ,减少不合理使用 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the use of antibiotics to prevent infection during perioperative period. Methods: We randomly selected 138 cases of perioperative period in our hospital from 2001 to 2001, and investigated the types of antimicrobial drugs, the frequency of drug use, the time of combination and the days of drug use.
