目的:客观的评价89SrCL2和153Sm-EDTMP的治疗效果.方法:我们采用99Tcm-MIBI和99TCM-MDP显像方法,通过治疗后影像改善的人数与患者疼痛改善的人数进行分析比较.结果:72例治疗后1、3、5、7个月患者的疼病改善均大于 60例,而99mTc-MDP显像在第1、3、5、7个月分别为14例、45例,56例、65例,与疼痛改善的人数差距较大(P<0.05),99Tcm-MIBI显像在第1、3、5、7个月分别为49例,69例,71例,70例与疼痛改善的相符性较好(P>0.05).结论:99Tcm-MIBI和,99Tcm-MDP显像方法均可以客现评价153Sm-EDTMP的治疗效果,但以99Tcm-MIBI显像的准确性高.
Objective: To objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of 89SrCL2 and 153Sm-EDTMP.Methods: We analyzed 99Tcm-MIBI and 99TCM-MDP imaging to compare the number of patients with improved images and the number of patients with improved images.Results: The patients with pain relief improved more than 60 cases at 1, 3, 5 and 7 months after treatment, while the 99mTc-MDP imaging in 14 cases, 45 cases, 56 cases, 65 cases (P <0.05). The 99Tcm-MIBI imaging showed 49 cases at the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th month respectively, 69 cases, 71 cases and 70 cases were consistent with the improvement of the pain (P> 0.05) .Conclusion: Both 99Tcm-MIBI and 99Tcm-MDP imaging methods can evaluate the therapeutic effect of 153Sm-EDTMP, but the accuracy of 99Tcm-MIBI imaging is high.
