目的:建立咳喘涂膜剂中黄芩苷体外经皮渗透检测方法,考察促进剂对黄芩苷经皮渗透的影响。方法:以双室渗透扩散装置进行体外渗透实验,采用双波长薄层扫描法检测黄芩苷的渗透量,筛选促进剂。结果:在几种典型促进剂中,对黄芩苷的促渗作用依次为月桂氮酮、油酸、丙二醇。月桂氮酮在涂膜剂中作用的最佳浓度是体积分数为6%。结论:采用薄层扫描法检测黄芩苷的渗透量,无需分离成分,并可消除皮肤对测定的干扰。咳喘涂膜剂中选择体积分数为6%的月桂氮酮为促进剂可使黄芩苷渗透速率提高17倍。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the in vitro permeation of baicalin in Kechuan Tufang to investigate the effect of accelerators on the transdermal permeation of baicalin. Methods: In vitro permeation test was carried out in a dual-chamber osmotic diffusion device. The penetration of baicalin was detected by dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning and the accelerant was screened. Results: In several typical accelerators, the promoting effect of baicalin was azolacetin, oleic acid and propylene glycol. The optimal concentration of azamonin in the coating agent is 6% by volume. CONCLUSIONS: The permeation of baicalin is detected by thin-layer scanning without the need for separation of components and the elimination of skin interference with the assay. Kechuan Tu film agent in the selection of volume fraction of 6% of azinolone as accelerator can make baicalin penetration rate increased 17 times.
