目的研究探讨工业企业职业病危害特点与防治对策。方法对某市33家工业企业1989—2007年职业卫生监测资料进行分析。结果1989—2007年职业病危害单位监测率呈逐年下降趋势(P<0.01);职业病危害因素总合格率72.21%,其中粉尘浓度合格率58.43%,毒物浓度合格率80.94%;矽尘、矽酸盐尘、煤尘及铅、汞、锰为主要危害物。职业病危害因素超标的主要原因是工艺技术及防护设施落后。结论政府应加大职业卫生投入,加强职业卫生基础建设,加强职业卫生执法监督;企业要全面落实职业病危害防治措施,重视职业病危害一级预防,结合技术改造从源头上控制职业病危害。
Objective To study the characteristics and prevention and cure measures of occupational diseases in industrial enterprises. Methods The occupational health monitoring data of 33 industrial enterprises in a certain city from 1989 to 2007 were analyzed. Results The monitoring rate of occupational hazards units showed a declining trend from 1989 to 2007 (P <0.01). The total passing rate of occupational hazards was 72.21%, of which the pass rate of dust concentration was 58.43% and the pass rate of poison was 80.94%. Silica dust, Dust, coal dust and lead, mercury, manganese as the main hazard. Occupational disease risk factors exceeded the main reason is the backward technology and protective facilities. Conclusion The government should increase investment in occupational health, strengthen occupational health infrastructure and strengthen law enforcement supervision of occupational health; enterprises should fully implement prevention and control measures of occupational disease hazards, pay attention to the prevention of occupational diseases at the first grade, and control occupational hazards from the source in combination with technological transformation.
