随着我国社会经济的发展,我国的国民经济也得到了普遍的提高,国民的生活水平也就随之提高起来。为了家里的温度适宜,空调也就成为了家家户户选择的重点,而空调的耗电量大,是电器中的耗能大户,空调使用的增加的同时加重了我国的能源紧张局势特别是电力方面。据统计,在用电高峰期,空调的耗电量是城镇总体耗电量的近一半。对于暖通空调的节能问题,与其建筑环境是有密切联系的,建筑环境对暖通空调的节能问题具有很大的影响。我们要从多方面努力,积极采取措施,优化建筑环境的设计,选取高效节能的建筑材料,合理使用节能装置。降低空调系统的能耗,在当前的建筑能耗系统建设的过程中是至关重要的,从而缓解电力紧张的局面,优化能源结构,对于提高能源利用率也有重要的影响。使空调的节能得到有效保障,降低能源的消耗,实现可持续的发展。本文就建筑环境与空调节能技术进行问题和分析,并提出一写针对性的对策。
