Swimming is a physical fitness project that has almost become the consensus of the industry. However, in today’s major competition, superhuman physical strength alone may not be able to win. Strictly speaking, swimming should be a highly technical energy-based project. To remind people of the importance of swimming techniques, especially for readers recommend the following. The late sixties, began in Europe, breaststroke technology revolution caused the attention of the Americas coaches. A recent issue of Canada’s SWIMNEWS magazine gives a detailed account of what was then known as the Europeanbreaststroke, or what people call the Wavebreaststroke, how natural breaststroke passes from Europe America (and then to the world). I hope this article gives some inspiration to my coach to further tap the potential of swimming technology in order to make new breakthroughs in 2004 and 2008 Olympic Games.
