乙双吗啉是国内首创的治疗牛皮癣的新药,已广泛应用。我们遇到一例口服乙双吗啉引起的增生低下型(冒烟型)急性白血病,现报告如下。患者方某,男,46岁,住院号126441,主因服乙双吗啉后乏力、全血细胞减少半年于1984年8月入院。患牛皮癣十余年,三年前开始服乙双吗啉治疗,0.2克,3次/日,至入院时共服药400克。开始服药一个月时即见白细胞由7,000/mm~3降至4,000/mm~3,以后多次查血象白细胞3,500～4,000/mm~3,因无其它不适而继续服药。半年
