作者应用流式细胞光度测量法,对25例白癜风病人和25名健康对照者的周围血T淋巴细胞和自然杀伤细胞(NKC)的百分比进行了对比测定。应用OKT_3、OKT_4、OKT_8和Leu-7单克隆抗体,分别测定总T淋巴细胞(TTL)、辅助性T淋巴细胞(HTC)抑制性T淋巴细胞(STC)和NKC的百分比。发现白癜风病人中平均TTL和HTC明显降低;平均NKC明显升高;平均STC中度升高。这些结果表明:白癜风病人存在一种免疫学的异常,可能是T淋巴细胞和细胞免疫调节功能存在着某种缺陷。但这些异常是本病的直接原因,还
The authors used flow cytometry to measure the percentage of peripheral blood T lymphocytes and natural killer cells (NKCs) in 25 patients with vitiligo and 25 healthy controls. OKT_3, OKT_4, OKT_8 and Leu-7 monoclonal antibodies were used to determine the percentage of total T lymphocytes (TTL), helper T lymphocytes (HTC) inhibitory T lymphocytes (STC) and NKC respectively. Found that patients with vitiligo average TTL and HTC was significantly lower; mean NKC was significantly increased; mean STC increased moderately. These results suggest that there is an immunological abnormality in patients with vitiligo, which may be a defect in T lymphocyte and cellular immune regulatory function. However, these abnormalities are the direct cause of the disease, also
