介绍热轧厂加热炉的组成及运行方式,通过对液压系统阀台的介绍,分析步进梁下降产生冲击的原因,并提出解决方案,最终彻底的消除步进梁下降过程中产生的冲击。
This paper introduces the composition and operation mode of heating furnace in hot rolling mill. By analyzing the valve platform of hydraulic system, it analyzes the reason of the impact caused by the descending of walking beam and puts forward the solution to eliminate the impact during the descending of walking beam completely.
