提起课题研究总觉得是专家们干的事,教师们只要做好教学工作就好了。经历过种子教师研究项目的“基于教学实践的课题研究申请书撰写”之后,我意识到原来自己的教学工作,经过细化就可以上升到课题研究的程度。种子教师研究项目让我明白,如果能及时记录积累经验甚至提炼出规律,再进行反思调整,就不仅解决了问题,还提升了认识问题和解决问题的水平,达到了“研究”的层面。
It is always a good idea for experts to do research on a project, teachers should do a good job of teaching. After studying the “Teaching Practice-based Project Research Application Writing” of the seed teacher research project, I realized that my teaching work could be refined to the extent of the project research. The seed teacher research project made me realize that if we can record and accumulate experience in time and even extract the law, and then conduct reflection and adjustment, we not only solve the problem, but also raise the level of understanding and solving problems and reach the level of “research” .
