目的:了解吉安市近5年来无偿单采血小板献血人群的结构及分布特点。方法:用我站唐山现代工作软件血源管理系统中献血者档案统计模块收集2009-2013年参加无偿单采血小板献血人群的档案信息资料,用EXCEL软件分别对年龄、性别、学历、职业、献血次数和血型等数据进行统计分析。结果:2009-2013年参加无偿单采血小板共有3 509人次,其中男2 843人次(81.02%),女666人次(18.98%);捐献年龄集中在25~45岁,共有2 639人次(75.21%);职业以从业人员及不便分类的其他人员为主,共有2 631人次(74.98%);学历以专科及高中为主,共有2 463人次(70.19%);捐献次数≥5次共有2 141人次(61.02%),其相对应的采集治疗量占总采集治疗量的64.09%;血型分布特征为O型>A型>B型>AB型。结论:吉安市无偿单采血小板献血人群以男性为主;25~45岁的年龄段捐献率较高;学历以大专及高中较多;军人、农民工、学生及职员(包括医务人员、公务员、教师)的捐献率较低。提供一支稳固、及时、有效的单采血小板献血者队伍,应策划针对性的宣传招募方案,扩大无偿单采血小板队伍,保证临床成分用血安全。
Objective: To understand the structure and distribution characteristics of blood donors with uncooperative platelets in Ji’an City in recent 5 years. Methods: To collect the file information of blood donors from 2009 to 2013 in blood donation system of Tangshan Modern Working Software Blood Source Management System. The information of age, sex, education, occupation, blood donation Frequency and blood type and other data for statistical analysis. Results: A total of 3 509 participants were enrolled in 2009-2013, including 2 843 (81.02%) males and 666 females (18.98%) males. The donor age ranged from 25 to 45 years old with a total of 2639 person-times (75.21% ); The number of employed persons and those in other categories were mainly inconvenienced, with a total of 2,631 person-times (74.98%); the academic background mainly consisted of junior and senior high schools with a total number of 2 463 (70.19%); donations ≥ 5 times with a total of 2,141 persons (61.02%). The corresponding collection and treatment volume accounted for 64.09% of the total collection and treatment volume. The distribution of blood type was O type> A type> B type> AB type. Conclusion: The blood donors of blood collection platelets in Ji’an City are mainly male; the age group of 25-45 years old has a higher rate of donation; the educational background is higher in junior colleges and senior high schools; the military, migrant workers, students and staff (including medical staff, civil servants, Teachers) have a lower contribution rate. To provide a stable, timely and effective team of PLA donors, targeted recruitment programs should be planned to expand the pool of patients with unpaid PLA to ensure the blood safety of clinical components.
