丹阳市农行在加强企业文化建设的同时,把思想工作做到职工家庭,多渠道、多形式地开展了职工“家庭文化”建设,有效地提高职工思想文化素质。丹阳市农行职工“家庭文化”建设是从这个行职工家长、家属座谈会制度引出的。该行从1986年起,在全行30个基层单位推行了每年召开一次职工家长、家属座谈会的做法,并作为思想政治工作的一项制度,列入全行百分计奖考核。通过座谈会,向职工家属汇报职工的思想、工作情况,了解职工在家的表现,融洽单位和职工家庭的关系。经过几年的实践,收到明显成
While strengthening the corporate culture construction, Danyang Agricultural Bank of China has carried out the “family culture” construction of workers and staff members through multiple channels and forms of ideological work so as to effectively raise the ideological and cultural qualities of staff and workers. Danyang Agricultural Bank of China “family culture” construction is derived from this line of workers parents, family seminar system leads. Since 1986, the bank has promoted the practice of convening a forum for parents and their families annually in 30 grassroots units of the Bank. As a system of ideological and political work, the bank has also included the assessment of the “Percent of the Percentage Prize” in the entire bank. Through the symposium, the staff members and their relatives will be briefed on the ideological and working conditions of their staff members, their performance at home, their relationship with employees and their families.
