聊城火车站2010年5月开始改造,新建的站台无柱雨篷为张弦梁结构,张弦梁施工采用半跨吊装高空对接的方法;预应力拉索采用独创性的高空滚轴导向牵引安装法,解决了拉索安装空间的局限性,保证了安装过程中与电气化铁路线接触网的安全距离。通过施工监测数据与仿真计算结果的比较,预应力的施加达到设计的预期要求,满足相关规范和标准的规定。同时提出,此类结构的预应力施工技术和特点,可为同类结构形式火车站雨篷的改造施工提供借鉴。
Liaocheng train station started transformation in May 2010, the new platform without column canopy for the beam string structure, the construction of the beam beam using semi-span high altitude docking method; prestressed cable with innovative high-altitude roller-oriented traction installation method to solve the Cable installation space limitations, to ensure that the installation process and the electrified railway line catenary safety distance. Through the comparison between the construction monitoring data and the simulation calculation results, the prestressing application meets the expected design requirements and meets the requirements of related codes and standards. At the same time, it is suggested that the prestressed construction technology and characteristics of such structures can provide reference for the reconstruction of the awning on the same type of railway station.
