用放射性同位素整株标记法,对棉花盛铃期的株冠结构的不同层次进行光合特性解析。结果表明,株冠中下层叶片与上层叶片具有不同光合特性。果枝叶与主茎叶的光合强度也存在很大差异,并且株冠越向下,差异越明显。盛铃期棉株生长发育所需的养分63.5%来自果枝叶,26.5%来自主茎叶,10%来源于其它器官的光合作用。不同层次的叶片间、主茎叶与果枝叶间~(14)C同化物的输出率都没有明显的差异,所有叶片在标记三天后均显示平均约78%的~(14)C同化物的输出率。盛铃期棉花群体呼吸消耗占总光合量的38.25—43.5%。
The photosynthetic characteristics of different levels of canopy structure during the boll stage of cotton were analyzed by radiolabeling whole plant labeling method. The results showed that there were different photosynthetic characteristics in middle and lower canopy leaves and upper leaves. The photosynthetic intensity of fruit branches and main stems and leaves also differed greatly, and the more downward the canopy, the more obvious the difference. Shengling cotton plant growth and development required nutrients 63.5% from fruit foliage, 26.5% from the main stems and leaves, 10% from other organs photosynthesis. There were no significant differences in the output rates of ~ (14) C assimilates between the leaves, the main stem leaves and the fruiting branch leaves at all levels, and all leaves showed on average ~ 78% ~ (14) C assimilate Output rate. Shengling cotton population respiration consumption accounted for 38.25-43.5% of total photosynthesis.
