对热压烧结工艺制备的Al2O3p从P/Cu复合材料的磨损行为进行了研究。结果表明,颗粒的粒径、形貌及其含量对复合材料的耐磨性有显著影响,所加入的Al2O3颗粒愈细,材料的耐磨性愈好。使用0.1μm球形的Al2O3颗粒,复合材料耐磨性良好,在加入量5%范围内,这种超细的Al2O3颗粒量增加,材料的耐磨性改善;而使用55μm的Al2O3颗粒,耐磨性降低。其磨损形式均以磨粒磨损为主。
The wear behavior of Al2O3p prepared from hot-pressed sintered P / Cu composites was studied. The results show that the particle size, morphology and content of the particles have a significant effect on the wear resistance of the composites. The finer the Al2O3 particles, the better the wear resistance of the material. Using 0.1μm spherical Al2O3 particles, the wear resistance of the composites is good.
