目的建立分散固相萃取结合气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)同时测定苹果中4-氯苯氧乙酸、2,4-D、萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸5种植物生长调节剂残留量的方法。方法样品经研磨成干粉状后采用二氯甲烷提取,分散固相萃取柱净化,三氟化硼甲醇溶液衍生后,采用高选择性反应监测(H-SRM)对5种植物生长调节剂进行检测,外标法定量。结果 5种植物生长调节剂浓度在10.0μg/L~1 000μg/L时线性关系良好(r>0.999),在0.010 mg/kg~0.200 mg/kg添加水平下回收率为86.3%~119%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~7.1%。结论该方法快速、准确,结合GCMS/MS法能满足苹果中植物生长调节剂残留量的检测分析要求。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid, 2,4-D, naphthalene acetic acid, indole acetic acid and indole butyric acid in apples by dispersive solid phase extraction combined with gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) Plant Growth Regulator Residues Method. Methods The samples were ground to dry powder and extracted with dichloromethane. The samples were purified with dispersive solid-phase extraction (SPE) cartridge. Results The results showed that there was a good linear relationship (r> 0.999) between the concentrations of 5 kinds of plant growth regulators in the concentration range of 10.0μg / L to 1 000μg / L and the recoveries of 86.3% to 119% at the levels of 0.010 mg / kg to 0.200 mg / The relative standard deviations were 1.2% ~ 7.1%. Conclusion The method is rapid and accurate and can meet the requirements of detection and analysis of plant growth regulators residues in apple by GCMS / MS.
