本研究应用184个离体人牙,进行根尖染料微渗漏实验,探讨镓合金做根管倒充填材料的可行性。镓合金是由银、锡、铜、钯合金粉加入镓、铟、锡液调制而成的无汞合金。 材料和方法 将全部离体人切牙切除根表面残余组织及牙石,截冠,清洗及扩大根管至60~#,用5.25%次氯酸钠冲洗,以ZOE糊剂加牙胶尖充填。37℃水浴
In this study, 184 in vitro human teeth, root tip dye microleakage experiments to explore the feasibility of gallium alloy root canal filling material.
