肺癌是目前世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤,居男性首位,女性第2位,且发生率逐年上升,主要发生在40岁以上,70～75岁达到高峰,其中非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)占75%～80%,大多数患者确诊时已达晚期,失去手术机会,以化疗为主的综合治疗成为其主要治疗手段,含铂类的两药联合方案常为其标准方案,但NSCLC中50%为老年人[1],多存在心肺功能及骨髓功能减退,且多数合并其他内科疾病,常常难以耐受含铂类方案的化疗,本院自2006年4月—2008年6月,对老年非小细胞肺癌采取国产的吉西他滨单药每周方案化疗,疗效好、副作用小、耐受性好,现将结果报道如下。 Lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the world, ranking first in men and second in women, and its incidence has been increasing year by year.
