一图像的概念通常有广义和狭义之分,广义是泛指自然界所有具有图形和形象特征的二维痕迹空间。狭义是指由人直接或间接制造出来的具有图形和形象特征的二维痕迹空间。由此看来无论是广义还是狭义,图像都具有很强的包容性,但是其本意上与绘画艺术之间没有必然的因果关系,充其量绘画是图像家族中很小的一个子系。
The concept of an image is generally divided into broad and narrow sense, broadly refers to all the nature of the two-dimensional trace with graphics and image features. Narrow sense refers to the two-dimensional trace space with graphic and image features created directly or indirectly by people. From this, it seems that the images are very inclusive in both generalized and narrow sense. However, there is no necessary causal relationship between them and the art of painting. At best, painting is a very small sub-family of image families.
