从唐人笔记小说中多次记述跨越阴阳两界的诉讼行为,可以发现,回避、换推制度在冥司审判中并未得到严格遵守,其中徇情济私、枉法裁判者不在少数。人鬼异途,阴阳相通。阴司狱讼贿赂盛行的诸多记述,完全可以视为唐代司法实践中各类腐败现象的生动反映。
It can be found out from the notes of the Tang people that there are many legal proceedings across the yin and yang circles. The system of evasion and change of surrender has not been strictly observed in the trial of the Ming Dynasty. Heterosis, Yin and Yang interlinked. The many accounts of yin prison bribery prevail, can be regarded as a vivid reflection of all kinds of corruption in the judicial practice in the Tang Dynasty.
