2003年上半年已经过去。认真分析全市上半年经济发展状况,科学预测全年经济形势,对做好下半年的工作,圆满完成全年经济发展目标任务,显得非常重要。 一、上半年经济运行情况 上半年,我市经济运行状况继续趋好。全市国内生产总值完成85.07亿元,增长12.3％,增幅比去年同期提高1.8个百分点,高于全省平均水平1.3个百分点。其中:第一产业增加值完成13.27亿元,增长4.4％;第二产业增加值42.62％亿元,增长17.3％;第三产业增加值29.18亿元,增长9.1％。上半年的经济运行呈现以下几个特点:
