扩散渗铬处理的主要目的在于赋于镍基合金或钢材以耐高温氧化性和耐磨性,但对所得被膜的机械特性,尚不甚清楚。本文通过对S45C碳钢扩散渗铬,研究了其机械特性,着重研究了耐疲劳特性。研究结果表明,经本处理后,基体金属的机械性能下降不多,而疲劳强度高于基体金属,表面硬度达HV1000以上,耐磨损性优异。经本工艺处理后,如再进行淬火回火以提高基体强度则将迸一步提高渗铬机械特性。
The main purpose of the diffusion chromizing treatment is to impart high temperature oxidation resistance and wear resistance to a nickel-based alloy or steel, but the mechanical properties of the resulting film are not yet known. In this paper, S45C carbon steel diffusion chromizing, mechanical properties were studied, with emphasis on fatigue characteristics. The results show that after the treatment, the mechanical properties of the base metal decreases little, while the fatigue strength is higher than the base metal, the surface hardness of HV1000 above, excellent wear resistance. After this process, such as quenching and tempering to improve the substrate strength will further improve the mechanical properties of chromizing.
