90年代以来,我国转Bt基因棉育种技术取得重大进展,基因转育主要采用农秆菌介导法、花粉管通道和常规转育技术,并综合运用分子杂交、室内鉴定、网室鉴定和田间自然感虫鉴定等监测手段,杂种后代处理依据转育方式确定。抗虫棉在5个方面获得了改良,在试验示范中取得显著的社会经济效益。转Bt基因棉的培育和应用,标志着我国棉花育种上升到新的水平。
