南京证券监管特派员办事处:你办《关于中信证券股份有限公司受让武进市信托投资公司证券营业部的初审意见》(宁证监机字[2001]138号)及有关材料收悉。经审核,现批复如下:一、同意中信证券股份有限公司受让武进市信托投资公司证券营业部。受让后,原证券营业部更名为中信证券股份有限公司××市××路证券营业部。二、请你办监督证券营业部转让双方按有关规定办理证券营业部转让手续,做好交接工作,保证证券营业部的正常经营,并通知中信证券股份有限公司凭此批复到我会换领该证券营业部的《证券经营机构营业许可证》。
