目的:探析CD14(LPS受体)基因多态性表达、同型半胱氨酸水平与脑卒中的相关性。方法:选取2013年9月至2015年9月佛山市南海区第五人民医院收治63例脑卒中患者为观察组,选取同期于本院收治的63例健康正常人为对照组。对两组患者血清CD14基因型,同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、血脂指标水平进行检查,分析CD14基因多态性表达、同型半胱氨酸水平与脑卒中的相关性。结果:观察组患者与对照组的CD14基因-159C/T多态性分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的血清Hcy浓度、血浆血浆纤维蛋白原(Fi B)浓度与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CD14基因多态性表达、同型半胱氨酸水平与脑卒中发病均存在一定相关性,在脑卒中预防过程中要重点关注患者的上述指标,以达到预期的防治效果,降低脑卒中发病率。
Objective: To investigate the association of CD14 (LPS receptor) gene polymorphism, homocysteine and stroke. Methods: From September 2013 to September 2015, 63 stroke patients in the Fifth People’s Hospital of Nanhai District of Foshan City were selected as the observation group and 63 healthy controls were selected as the control group. Serum CD14 genotypes, homocysteine (Hcy) levels, and serum lipid levels were examined in both groups, and the association between CD14 gene polymorphisms and homocysteine level and stroke was analyzed. Results: The difference of -159C / T polymorphism of CD14 gene between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant (P <0.05). The concentration of serum Hcy and the level of plasma fibrinogen (Fi B) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group Group compared with the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: CD14 gene polymorphism expression, homocysteine levels and stroke incidence are related to each other, in the prevention of stroke should focus on patients with the above indicators in order to achieve the desired effect of prevention and treatment to reduce the incidence of stroke rate.
