田径是一项基础的体育运动项目,田径业余训练是高职院校体育教学中的重要内容之一,对学生的身心健康发展有着重要的作用。训练的成绩也是衡量一所高职院校体育教育工作质量的标准。田径运动业余训练开展不仅吸引了更多学生养成自觉运动的习惯,而且还能进一步促进高职院校体育工作的和谐发展。纵观高职院校田径运动业余训练,其中还存在着较多的问题,如何解决当前高职院校田径业余训练的存在问题,提高训练效率是值得广大体育教师研究的一个课题。
Athletics is a basic sports event. Track and field amateur training is one of the most important contents of physical education in vocational colleges. It plays an important role in students’ physical and mental health development. The result of training is also a measure of the quality of physical education in a vocational college. Amateur track and field training not only attracted more students to develop the habit of conscious movement, but also to further promote the harmonious development of physical education in higher vocational colleges. Throughout the amateur track and field sports training in higher vocational colleges, there are still many problems, how to solve the existing problems in the current track and field amateur training in higher vocational colleges, to improve training efficiency is worth a majority of PE teachers a topic of study.
